5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we require that you contact us by email within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged area. You are not required to return the damaged item and may keep it. Emails are monitored at all times.

5.2 Refunds
Refunds for damaged items will be processed as store credit and will be applied to your account within 7 business days after we verify your claim. You may use this credit to purchase another item on our website.
